How Will You See Yourself 5 Years from Now?
What crazy times are these! I’d be interested in hearing from you to know how you, personally, are navigating through it all. Are you ok?
My personal impression is that we are living in a very important time in history. You may remember me talking about how “the future creates the past” and other themes dealing with retro-causality. Occasionally, I have this bizarre sense that I am in the future, looking back on this time as a turning point of some sort.
Do you have that sense of – for lack of a better word – destiny? As if you are here for a reason? And that the role you play can be pivotal in some way? Or, like me, that you are already in the future, looking back on this time?
If you ever do feel that way, it can be helpful. When I mentally step into a future timeline, I have the benefit of “psychic hindsight” to guide me. “Is this choice I am about to make one that I can look back on with pride later? Is it honest? Is it fair? Is it right? Is it kind? Is it loving?”
For this sort of thing, I don’t need to sit down at a table with pen and paper to do a full-blown CRV session. I just mentally move into the future – maybe even to my Life Review – to judge my current actions and measure them against the yardstick of integrity.
No matter how hard we try not to be, we are all influenced by social media and the news. Opinions are like a**holes. Everybody has one. But there is Truth out there, and we can SEE what is happening. We can speak firsthand to people who have been affected. That is not “fake news”. And once we hear and see and speak to the Truth, we have a choice to make. Our own conscience has to guide us. I prefer to think of it as my Higher Self.
The Higher Self is not affected by the news or propaganda. The Higher Self knows we are all here only temporarily on this pale blue dot we call Home. We only inhabit this sack of flesh for such a short time. So why are we here? What is this brief exercise – called “Life” – even for?
We are here to be exposed to a lot. A lot of suffering, a lot of joy, a lot of choices. Regret has to be one of the most unpleasant emotions, right up there with fear. Fear often pushes us to do things we later regret.

Learning to remote view – and I mean really applying ourselves and dedicating time to develop the skill to a world-class level via practice targets, training and attending mentoring meetings (Club PRV, for example) – is one way to get answers when life becomes a mass of other people’s opinions.
I hope this is helpful to you in some small way. And please do write back and let me know how you are navigating the rapidly-changing landscape.
