With everything that is going on, and all the misinformation flying around in the news and social media, it is vitally important to know who you are. That is one reason I love Controlled Remote Viewing – because I feel it has clarified within me who I am.
In this blog, let’s talk about creating an “Identity Statement” that you can read each morning to remind yourself of who you are.
As an example, you could write something like, “I am (Insert your name). I am strong, courageous, ethical, and capable of critical thinking. I am curious and love to explore life’s mysteries. I’m intelligent and I love learning new things. I challenge myself to see beyond what appears to be to look deeper and see what is. I am compassionate and enjoy helping others…” You get the idea. This is just an example.
Depending on how you express yourself, your Identity Statement can be a poem, a song or even a personal statement of what you believe in and your personal aspirations.
Prompt Ideas for Getting Started on Your Identity Statement:
Do you believe you came here for a reason?
Do you believe you have a purpose in being here?
What are you meant to learn?
What are you trying to remember?
Who are you at your core?
As you write down who you are, what qualities can you enumerate?
Consider who you want to be.
What do you want your time here to be?
How will you manifest Who You Truly Are while you are here?
Now write out your own “Identity Statement”. You can adjust it as often as you want to. Nothing you write down has to be “set in stone”. After a while, you will find that the elements that you have claimed in your statement become more consistent and solid.
Big hug,
Lori
