TERMS OF PURCHASE AND SERVICE
Please READ carefully. By purchasing a product, service or subscription from this website, Intuitive Specialists, Lori Williams, or Lambert Williams Enterprises, LLC, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the follow terms stated herein:
1. Recurring Billing and Cancellation Terms
By purchasing a subscription product or service as indicated in the checkout form, you authorize us to charge your credit card or debit card for the amount identified in the checkout, including any recurring fees.
You must email info@intuitivespecialsits.com to terminate your subscription and recurring fees at least 2 business days before the billing date. You can also terminate the subscription service and update your billing information by visiting your Account at https://intuitivespecialists.com/my-account. Depending on when you terminate, you will be able to access your account until the end of the billing cycle for which you have paid.
Your are responsible for reviewing the billing date (which can be found by logging in to your Account).
If you have agreed to a minimum number of recurring fees in the checkout form or through a signed agreement for any product, subscription, payment plan, or event, then you are obligated to pay any unpaid future recurring fees to Intuitive Specialists.
We recommend that you save, copy or print this acknowledgement for future reference.
2. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee - 100% Satisfaction Promise
We like to keep things simple and build our business on customer satisfaction. All new purchases of digital products and subscriptions are protected by our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee! Simply send us an email at info@intuitivespecialists.com within 14 days of your purchase date or the program start date, whichever is latest, and we'll be happy to refund your entire purchase. As the name implies this is only applicable for the first 14 days of service of any new client and does not apply to additional subscription renewals to existing clients.
Events, workshops, retreats and subscriptions for monthly memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the event, workshop or retreat date than your purchase price less a 20% administration charge may be credited towards a future purchase to be used within 12 months of cancellation. We may at our sole discretion waive the administration charge or provide refunds in extreme circumstances. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to an event, workshop or retreat are subject to a 30% non-refundable administrative fee.

By using this website and our products and services, both paid and unpaid, you agree to our Service Policy, and Terms of Use which can be found on the homepage of our website.
